1. Booking Fee Policy
A service booking fee of ₹200 is charged at the time of booking.
This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including customer cancellations or no-shows.
2. Service Cancellation by Customer
If a customer cancels a scheduled service after booking:
The ₹200 booking fee will not be refunded.
No additional charges will apply if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time may incur additional charges at our discretion.
3. Service Cancellation by Srinivas Construction
In rare cases where we must cancel a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., unavailability of technicians, weather issues), the booking will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
If rescheduling is not possible, and no service is provided, we may offer a refund of any additional charges paid (excluding the non-refundable ₹200 booking fee).
4. Dissatisfaction with Service
If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
Depending on the issue, we may:
Offer a revisit or rectification of the service
Issue a partial refund (excluding the ₹200 booking fee), subject to review
All refund requests must be made in writing to srinivasconstruction02@gmail.com and must include the service details, payment proof, and reason for the request.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds (excluding the ₹200 booking fee) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
